What makes this Richmond Santa experience different?
The Santa Spot RVA is Richmond’s only fully interactive Santa experience. It's an immersive North Pole experience with activities for the whole family.
This Richmond Santa experience is filled with holiday cheer, not crowds! Each reservation time has a limited number of guests, so each family gets special time with Santa without waiting in a line.
During the hour long experience, you and your family can create magical memories in The North Pole with these interactive activities:
1. Decorating cookies in Mrs. Claus’ Bakeshop
2.Making ornaments in Santa’s Workshop
3.Writing Christmas letters in the North Pole Post Office
4.One-on-one time & photos with Santa
5. Story time with Santa
Last year, my children's favorite activities were decorating cookies & making ornaments with the elves. At 11 months old, my nephew loved playing with the giant legos & ball drop. The highlight for everyone (every year) is Santa’s story time!
You can also book The Santa Spot RVA for private Christmas events!

More Details about the Experience:
The Santa Spot RVA has a real-bearded Santa -- he's the best Santa in Richmond! Santa walks around the North Pole, visiting with you and your family as you enjoy Christmas-themed activities. Santa mingles with all the children in the activities.
Once everyone is warmed up, your family gets to take pictures with Santa by a professional photographer, and each child gets to tell him what is on their Christmas list.
You will receive two professional Santa portraits included with your ticket price within a week of your visit via a session gallery in Pixieset. You are also able to take your own photos anywhere in the space -- there are a bunch of photo-worthy spaces around The North Pole!

The address is 9750 Gayton Road, Richmond, VA 23238.
How much does The Santa Spot RVA cost?
A Family Session starts at $229 for a family of 4. Additional tickets can be added to a family reservation: $25 per extra adult, $25 per extra child (if you have 3 children), or $50 for 2 additional children (total of 4 kids in a family).

When is The Santa Spot RVA open?
The Santa experience starts on weekends in late November with several booking times throughout each Saturday and Sunday. The first two weekends for bookings are November 21 & November 22 and November 28 & 29.

Typically, you can book the experience on weekends until Christmas, with a couple mid-week options during the traditional winter break for local schools.
Is this a good Santa experience for toddlers?
Yes! This is the perfect experience for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and elementary aged children. It is a great experience for toddlers, especially. Since Santa mingles with families before the official meet and greet with Santa, younger children can "warm up" to Santa -- you won't capture the crying pictures here!
The Santa Spot also has plenty of room to move around and activities to engage toddlers.
Can families take professional photos with Santa?
Yes! Professional pictures are included with your ticket. You will receive a link to a digital album that includes both a formal family picture with Santa and candid pictures from the entire Santa experience. You can also take your own pictures during the Santa experience too!
When should I book my Santa experience?
Tickets are available now! If you'd like to use the professional pictures as your family Christmas picture, book the earlier dates.
